Well it is August 26th, which means my kids are going back to school next Monday (our school starts one week earlier than most). It's been such a great summer for us filled with many things like camping, renovating, playing and more. It's also been fun having them around the house and helping out too.
Going back to school can sometimes be a time filled with mixed feelings for most kids so as they (and you parents) get ready, my prayer is that God would fill your house with His unending peace and that the kids would go forth and be God's shining lights.
Enjoy the Splash!

Water
Only In Sanctuary
We have just gone through a full carpet cleaning here at the church and it looks amazing! It's great to finally see what's under all those coffee stains that have been sitting there for awhile.
So starting today, please only bring in water bottles when entering into the sanctuary. The reason why we are doing this is it helps keep the frequency of cleaning the carpets down to a minimum.
Thank you all so much for understanding

"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
Deuteronomy 31:6
Quotation
“Courage is not limited to the battlefield or the Indianapolis 500 or bravely catching a thief in your house. The real tests of courage are much quieter.
They are the inner tests, like remaining faithful when nobody's looking, like enduring pain when the room is empty, like standing alone when you're misunderstood.” ---
